A note on the photographs.
The six properties
These are fictional creative studies around North Houston and East Texas. Names, locations and prices illustrate the collection; no actual home is offered for sale. The two development concepts and proposed commercial uses are ideas, with no site rights, permissions or investment returns established.
Original concept imagery
Each property currently has eight original AI-generated concept images: four opening slides and four further editorial views. The template also supports a fifth supporting image. They express a photographic and material direction, rather than a measured record of one real building. No supplied blueprint is available, so the pages do not display a blueprint link.
Photographic references
The Buyer Profiles entry and some preserved secondary pages use permitted photographs by Clay Banks from the existing project asset records.
The people
The 15 AI Staff portraits come from HillMonte’s existing generated portrait set. Jeff Chandler and CJ Thomason’s partnership portrait uses invented faces as stand-ins for their real shoot. AI Staff names and roles follow the repository’s dated non-sensitive roster.
Profiles and analysis
Buyer Profiles remain private. The local preview uses synthetic records; real invitations and sign-in are not configured. The market-analysis links retain the selected property, but no completed market report has been prepared for these fictional homes. Home inquiries prepare a reader-sent text with the public property URL and the reader’s question. No inquiry is stored or sent automatically. Text Jeff is configured to HillMonte’s approved number. The reader reviews and sends their own message.

The presentation draws on HillMonte’s brand sources and a study of Inigo and The Modern House’s property editorials. Code, copy and concept imagery are original. Reference-site photography, fonts and writing are not reused. Newsreader is used under the SIL Open Font License.
